MAUREEN RUGARTraditional Rug Hooking Instruction Since 19838 Beaver Road F&M Windsor Rug Frames were designed by the teachers and students at the Rug Studio of Maureen Rugar in LaGrangeville, NY.The Small Frame is everyone's favorite - just the right size for a small design, but also able to handle a larger hooked piece. If you enjoy hooking large designs then the Large Frame is for you. It can easily hold the weight of a 5' x 7' rug. All of our frames fold flat and are light enough to transport to classes, rug camps or meetings.
