Call or email us with your chair style choice, including
color(s), finish, and any options. Please feel free to call at any time to discuss your order.
Call or email for directions to visit our work shop. Appointments are required.
We require a deposit of 50% (non refundable) to secure a place on our building schedule.
The balance plus shipping, crating and for New York orders 8.125% tax, is due prior to shipment. Call for an estimate on the crating & shipping charges.
Terms of payment: We accept personal checks (held 7 to 10 days), cashiers checks or money orders. We currently do not accept credit cards.
If you live in the North East we will consider delivering your order to you personally. Please call.
Quality Assurance: If there is any damage or defect in workmanship that is apparent upon receiving your chairs, return the damaged chair to us. Upon receiving the chair, it will be repaired or replaced and we will also pay for shipping the item.
